Members Area Terms Of Use

Basic:

°   Do not share any log-in information with anyone. Doing so results in membership termination and no refund is provided.

°   CBG is used in place when referring to Chatterbug Graphics as a whole.

°   Membership at CBG provides a service to you.  You may not trade or sell your membership if you decide it's not for you. 

°   You may not claim any of the graphics as your own.  Doing so results in membership termination and no refund is provided.

°   Once your log-in information has been sent, no refunds are provided.

°   You must place the CBG logo on your website.  

°   Absolutely NOTHING is to be passed around or "shared" with snag groups.  Doing this can result in termination.
Tubes:

°   You may use them to create sigtags, websets, themes, stationary, adoptables...just about anything that comes to mind.

°   If you create a webset or incredimail stat with tubes, please add a small link back to CBG to let others know you got it from there.  It cuts down on accusations that way.  You may use the letters CBG to represent the site.

°   You must do something to the tube to create a new image.  Adding text only is not really acceptable.  

°   You cannot offer the tubes for free, for trade or for a fee to anyone.  Do not pass them around groups or offer them on a website.  You may not add them into a collection of any kind and offer them for redistribution.  If you are found doing this, your membership is terminated and your money will not be refunded.

°   You can flip or mirror any tube.  You can add polka dots, sunglasses, stripes, wings, leggings, etc to make that tube into a graphic that represents your personality.  You cannot offer it for download though still.  If you need a different color of graphic, please email me.
Outlines:

°   Once you shade the outlines, you are free to add it to your members area.  I'd prefer that you not offer them in free areas that are open to the public.  

°   You cannot offer these for free, for trade or for a fee to anyone.  Do not pass them around groups or offer them on a website.  You may not add them into a collection of any kind and offer them for redistribution.  If you are found doing this, your membership is terminated and your money will not be refunded.

°   You can flip, mirror or even remove a few pixels when coloring in the lines (such as straightening up a jagged edge). 

°   You can tube the results without a special license for the majority of the lines.  There are a few sets of lines that have a special character license and those cannot be tubed unless you hold the license.  You can color them and then use them to create end use graphics though.

°   You can make tube packs to sell once the lines are colored in.  But absolutely no as-is tube packs can be made out of my lines. 

Websets & Wordpress Themes:

°   These are for your use only.  They may be used on your commercial or personal site.  You may not use them as Ebay pages.  

°   You may not use them to create websites for other people.

°   You must leave the credit links on the page.  You can rewrite them or move them, but they all must be showing.

°   Do not offer them or any of the graphics included to others.

°   Do not exchange the wordpress theme graphics with other sets.  It's to be used only as it is.  You may add text boxes or plugins to the sidebars, but other than that, do no make any changes. 

°   I can help a little with the html pages, but with wordpress you're on your own, sorry.. lol. :)
Sigtags, Stats, Page Decorations, Layouts & Tutorials:

°   These are for your personal use only and are not to be passed around in groups as snags/tubes/shares.  You can use the tags/stats/page decorations as stated on that page. 

°   Layouts can be used for your site, but do not redistribute them in any way.

°   Tutorials are for your personal information and are not to be shared with others.   Your results (if they end in an end use graphic such as a tube), you may share those.
